E36/e46 solid aluminium engine and gearbox mounts. I use these in my own car and it transforms the feel of everything. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE MOUNTS ARE 65mm TALL. SAME HEIGHT AS STANDARD BEFORE ENGINE WOULD COMPRESS THE STANDARD RUBBER ONES. ONCE STANDARD RUBBER ONES HAVE THE ENGINE WEIGHT ON THEM THEY COMPRESS BY 10mm.

SO YOU COULD SAY THEY ARE 10mm TALLER. 1 PAIR of engine mounts. 1 PAIR of gearbox mounts. All nuts, bolts and washers.

All bolts, washers and nyloc nuts are included. Please make sure these are fitted by a trained professional.
